Day 2: Decide What Moves Forward

Not everything needs to come with you. But don't throw away what's working.

Now we use what you uncovered on Day 1 to make decisions.

We'll look at wher eyou need strategy vs implementation and filter your decisions through evidence instead of boredom, impatience, outside opinions or January's temptation to start something new.

Day 3: Make the Plan

Turn those decisions into a plan you can actually execute.

We start with looking at the calendar because your business plan needs to fit your actual life.

Then we'll establish your North Star so you have something grounding your decisions throughout the year.

From there, I'll teach you how to think about the different seasons of your business so you can stop trying to prioritize them all at the same time.

We'll look at marketing and sales activities that need to keep moving throughout the year and identify important promotions, events, offers and opportunities you already know belong on the calendar.

Then we create your first 60 days so you are literally walking into 2027 with a clear plan and action steps.
