This is a great program for anyone but specifically for those of us who have ADHD. Focus is one of the biggest issues for people like us and we need support that takes that into account, which this program does. I can't believe I am finally making progress on my goals and that I found a coach who totally gets it.

FVA is roadmap that shows you the potholes so you can make adjustments. I have ADHD and it's a very actionable program that has not made me feel overwhelmed or shut down.
