That's why I created The Middle.

Not another conference. Not another networking event. Not another room where everyone is trying to impress each other.

Instead, The Middle is an intentionally small business experience designed around meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and giving you the space to think differently about your business.

You'll leave with clarity, genuine relationships, and a next step you actually feel confident taking.

I'm not bringing you into a room so I can talk at you for eight hours.

We're not starting the day with awkward introductions or elevator pitches. Instead, every person in the room will have the opportunity to let us experience them. Not just what they do, but how they think, what they believe, and what makes their work different. By the end of the morning, you'll know far more than everyone's "I help..." statement. You'll understand who they are.

Share Your Middle -

Every business owner is navigating something. You'll identify the season you're currently in, the challenge you're trying to solve, or the opportunity you're trying to pursue. Then you'll bring it into the room.

Two Intimate Mastermind Sessions -

You'll spend the day in small, intentionally curated groups designed to give you fresh perspective. These aren't brainstorming sessions where everyone throws random advice at you. They're thoughtful conversations where you'll be asked better questions, challenged to think differently, and supported by women who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Time to Think -

One of the most valuable parts of the day isn't talking. It's thinking. We've intentionally built quiet reflection into the experience because clarity doesn't happen when you're constantly consuming. It happens when you finally have space to process.

Leave with Clarity -

You won't leave with another overwhelming list of things you should do. You'll leave with clarity about where you're going, what matters most, and your next move.

Is this a conference?
No.
The Middle is an intentionally intimate business experience. You'll participate throughout the day through conversations, masterminds, reflection, and group discussion.
I am traveling alone. How will I meet people and not feel like the only one walking in solo?
Most people in this room will be walking in alone. That is actually the point. The day is intentionally structured from the first hour so that meeting people is not something you have to figure out on your own. You will not be standing in a corner hoping someone talks to you. From the moment doors open there is structure built in to get you talking to the people around you. By lunch you will already know your table. By the end of the day you will have met the entire room — not just exchanged names, but actually had real conversations about what people are building and where they are headed.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and in your power. You will be moving around, switching seats, and having real conversations all day — so wear something you can move in easily. Conference rooms tend to run cool, so layers are a good idea. Show up as yourself. That is exactly who we want in the room.
Are meals included?
Breakfast, lunch, snacks and non alcoholic beverages will be provided. Dietary restrictions will be accomodated as well.
